Take your time to reflect

Hello everyone!! First of all, thank you for following along and continue to read all my posts. I really hope you enjoy reading my blog as much as I enjoy writing about a sport that I love. For today's post I'm going to take the time to reflect about this journey and what I've learned throughout my posts!

This journey has been something new for me since I've never wrote a blog before, followed it and post in a weekly basis. This is my first one ever: SwimLife. My intentions coming into this was to share my knowledge and experiences with my readers. I want to share what swimming is about and how much it impacted my life. I hope that throughout my posts you learned a little bit about the swimming world and everything that goes with it. And how know? Maybe you'll give swimming a try even if it's during summer time or just get into watching it. If not it's okay. I hope that you learned new things and that some of the lessons or advice will be helpful for you int he future or in you life right now.

I am proud of all my post and everything I shared in this blog. One of the hardest post to write was the "Across the ocean..." because how emotional it's and how I shared my own struggles and personal experience. I learned that even though it wasn't the easiest, it's the one that I like the most and most represent me. Although my favorite is the one where I interviewed my coach Brian Peresie. He is someone that I admire and learn from everyday. Throughout that interview, I learned a lot of things about him and why he is the way he is. The one that I had more fun writing and making it is the "Behind the scenes" where I could show you my everyday life and my team who I consider my family away from home.

Overall, I learned and will continue to learn about this sport that I am very much passionate about. Not only in the water but out, it has helped me grow as the person I am today.
